I bought this for my husband after reading that rock climbers used it for their chaff hands. Unfortunately, he doesn’t like it at all claiming it comes right off after applying it. He’s going back to his thick ointments. Now what do I do with it?

This salve is the best I have ever tried—my new Holy Grail. It smells really really good, absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy film. This salve is the perfect mix of soft and spreadable, but not too oily! Feels great, smells great, and helps that skin heal up just a little quicker so you can get out climbing. I've been liking it a lot better than the other options - it strikes a good balance between being soft without leaving you oily.
